How to sign up for an account
To sign up for MySongStore, you must first create an account. Have the following information ready:
- Artist name and email address
- Your mailing address (where you want your checks mailed to)
- Your credit card information (used for billing)
Once you open an account, log in and create a profile page – this is how we know where to send your money. You have the ability to change your profile and other membership options at any time.
Once you establish your membership and create a profile page, you can begin to upload your music.
Please note: We will not collect your Social Security Number when you sign up for MySongStore. However, as you approach $600 in net sales within the calendar year, you will be contacted by phone, to collect your Social Security or Tax ID for a 1099-misc. Federal law mandates we do this. You can learn more about this tax stuff at the IRS website, or contact your tax consultant to ask specific questions.
