Downloader's FAQs

Why have a Downloader's Page Sometimes because of traffic on the Internet, the download process gets interrupted and the song does not download correctly. While we have written code to prevent this, there are rare cases in which the downloaded song does not play correctly. There is always a backup for all the songs you have bought through MySongStore^TM. In this section one can access and download all the songs that have been purchased previously.

What if my computer crashes and I lose all my music purchased through MySongStore^TM If your hard drive crashes taking all your music with it, just access all the songs you purchased through MySongStore in this section.  The artist has set how many times a song can be downloaded after a song has been purchased.

How do I log into this download section You can log in using the e-mail address that you gave us when you purchased a song. Your password was e-mailed to you with your music receipt.  If you can not find your password, please e-mail us using the contact tab and we will e-mail your password.

What is available for download? If you purchased digital albums, you will download a Zip file with all the songs, lyrics, liner notes and images associated with each song in the digital album.  If you purchased individual songs, you will have a choice of downloading just the song, or a Zip file with the song, lyrics, liner notes, and images.
